By accessing or using the Scholync platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

Description of Service

Scholync is a cloud-based campus management platform that provides educational institutions with tools for student management, academic administration, fee collection, HR management, accounting, and analytics. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the service.

You are solely responsible for the data you upload to the platform and must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to process any personal data you submit, including student and staff records.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Connect Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the data you upload to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Connect Systems, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 90 days of termination.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
